The LECC allows city stakeholders to generate a pan-London events calendar to lead strategic planning for future major event activity in London amongst the GLA family and wider city stakeholders.
The LECC aims to help to understand the impact of forthcoming events and new opportunities, particularly in relation to road closures, mass movements of spectators and pan-London operational and marketing resources. The LECC allows public service agencies, such as transport and police, to plan and manage their resources strategically and in the most efficient way.
